Your tasks

• Designs, plans and develops Machine Learning solutions which include but are not limited to re-usable data models, creates data pipelines, applies statistical analysis and vizualization techniques, generates hypothesis, tests hypothesi and storrytelling of ML results;
• Produces and assesses data from various sources, catalogues them and proactively identifies forecasts that indicate service improvement oportunities.
• Closely collaborates with business stakeholders to continously enrich the knowledge in the area of data science. As well as trains peers on specialist data science topics.
• Closely collaborates with technical stakeholders, both internal and external in order to constantly upskill in the area of Data Science
• Carries out analysis, proof of concepts and operational data science activities within the product data landscape.
• Deploys ML models, integrates model performance management, continously monitors deployed ML models and coordinates with other teams in order to establish a best practice around ML-ops processes.
• Develops the ML algorithms and use the existing toolset (python/ R/ Azure ML Studio) in order to reach the business objectives
• Responsible to raise flags where the data consistency or quality is at risk

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree: Statistics / Mathematics / Business studies / Finance / Economics / Computer Science
• Relevant professional experience: > 9 years
• Proven track record and excellent knowledge of data moddelling and dat engineering, especially working with large volumes of data, as well as cloud-based delivery of solutions.
• Working knowledge of MS Power BI, Azure Platform solutions in the area of Machine Learning (Azure ML Studio)
• Displays excellent working knowledge of Python libraries that deal with data processing, machine learning algorithms, statistics, file or database connectivity; displays excellent understanding of various machine learning techniques, testing hypotheses and deployment of the models in productive environment through multi-system integration.
• Develop and implement measures to transfer and share industry knowledge in the areas of data science and applied advanced analytics
• Proactively identify data driven / ML opportunities based on current market trend and emerging technologies
• Very good communication and intercultural skills, both verbal and written in English. Romanian and/or German constitutes a plus
