Your responsibilities

  • Plans the activity in order to achieve the sales targets and the assigned strategic objectives
  • Coordinates the process of collecting all necessary data and actively participates in the development of annual/monthly/weekly/daily gas and power delivery schedules for allocated active customers.
  • Plans, organizes and monitors 
  • Coordinates business plans to meet sales targets for the assigned territory
  • Proactively coordinates the planning for sales growth with existing customers as well as the search for new customers
  • Maintains productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Maintains the relationship with customers by organizing, inviting and participating in events in which customers are involved, activities related to customer support, etc.
  • Obtain all the technical documents (from the customer) that are necessary to start deliveries based on the newly signed contract
  • Supports external customers in changing their gas and/or power supplier (if applicable)
  • Collects the performance guarantee to the Treasury / Accounting (if applicable)
  • Develop competitive products on the market
  •  Maintain customer relationship by organizing, inviting, and participating in customer events, customer support activities, and more.
  • Participate in fairs and forums for small industry

 

Your Skills

  • Education: University degree in Economic; Marketing; Tehnic
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, in a business-to-business sales environment, preferably in an international company
  • Knowledge and in-depth understanding of the Romanian gas and energy market
  • In-depth knowledge in the field of gas and power distribution
  • In-depth knowledge of the competition and its activities
  • Accuracy in general, and precision of figures in particular
  • Excellent knowledge of using Microsoft Office and other IT systems used at OMV Petrom
  • Accuracy in carrying out tasks and meeting deadlines, high level of professionalism
  • Organizational skills.
