Your tasks
- Management of ServiceNow modules at OMV Group level
- Provides training and mentorship to ServiceNow experts at OMV Group level
- Responsible for applying best practices and ensures that the chosen solutions are efficient and scalable
- Investigates technically complex ServiceNow problems and coordinates problem resolution
- Develops specifications and provides consultative guidance to project teams
- Coordinates and plans ServiceNow solution development and implementation
- Coordinates and plans major ServiceNow platform upgrades
- Coordinates external partners activity. Coordinates user request fulfillment, service failures resolving, problem fixes, and defines procedures for it
Your profile
- Master’s degree: IT
- ITIL Foundation certification; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Relevant professional experience: ˃ 7 years in the Application Management area and supporting IT specific solutions; 7+ years of administration experience within IT Service Management applications (ServiceNow)
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Modules and architecture, in a large scale
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Advanced Knowledge and skills of / regarding:
- Knowledge of the lifecycle of the product
- Strong technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
