Your tasks
- Management of ServiceNow modules at OMV Group level, with focus on implementation of HRSD module
- Involved in all technical implementation project stages - related to ServiceNow platform and integrations with other applications - defining scope, assessing & designing, executing (configuration, testing and deployment, including developing specifications and providing consultative guidance to project teams)
- Provides training and mentorship to ServiceNow experts at OMV Group level; Ensures efficient and effective delivery of application services through continuous knowledge exchange and best practice implementations; guides and counsels the internal and external technical resources for project and application support
- Responsible for applying best practices and ensures that the chosen solutions are efficient and scalable and ensures centralization and analysis of business requirements in cooperation with Business Application Owners, Business Service Managers, Project Managers, Application Managers, including estimations and documentation
- Coordinates external partners activity. Coordinates user request fulfillment, service failures resolving, problem fixes, and defines procedures for it; Challenges vendors from technical point of view (system setup, experience based on OMV Group specific technical system setups, etc.) and performs technical evaluations in tender processes
- Investigates technically complex ServiceNow problems and coordinates problem resolution
- Develops specifications and provides consultative guidance to project teams and advises Business Application Owners, Business Service Managers, Project Managers, Application Managers, Process Managers, Domain Architects, Department Managers, all IT Service Lines and Business regarding technical questions and possible solutions
- Coordinates and plans ServiceNow solution development and implementation
Your profile
- Master's degree: IT
- ITIL Foundation certification
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Relevant professional experience: > 7 years
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Modules and architecture, in a large scale
- Advanced Consulting & Business Analysis
- Advanced Application Management area and supporting IT specific solutions
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
