Your tasks

• Digital Treasury tasks:
• TRAX continuous development and simplification of the processes and reports
• Quantum continuous development and simplification of the processes and reports
• Continuous development and simplification of the guarantees process and related reporting by using different digital tools.
• Daily payments and guarantees issuance authorization for all the companies of the group inside TMS and banking applications
• Daily analysis and reconciliation of the bank statements in the TMS
• Daily monitor of the guarantees received and issued.
• Daily monitor of database guarantees and insurance polices
• Daily monitoring of the payment run execution, files checking and correcting for non-standard affiliates of OMV Petrom Group integrated Treasury Management System
• Reports to line manager any deviation from the cash management contracts.
• Actively participation in cross-functional projects including simplification and digitalization of the treasury related process
• Ensures all process work is carried out according to standards and regulations and accurately recorded and reported.
• Prepares reports, analyses and proposals for management as requested. Participates and contributes expertise into relevant project work, whenever requested
• Coordinates and completes various assignments by required deadlines. Advise internal stakeholders regarding Treasury topics concerning daily business and during projects.
• Independently researches and analyzes finance discipline issues or assists more senior staff in the department on highly complex key issues.
• Promptly answers to any other tasks requested by the direct supervisor

Your skills

• University degree Master in Economics
• Relevant professional experience: >7 years
• Experience in systems and processes design and reporting optimization
• Proven, advanced knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office and preferably exposure to treasury management systems
• Good knowledge and application of SAP transactions related to own area of activity
• Solid knowledge and understanding of related legislations / norms, internal rules/guidelines, in multiple areas of expertise
• Ability to support elaboration of internal rules and guidelines
• Good problem-solving, analytical and numerical abilities
• Teamwork skills, hard-working, proper conduct in relation to the company and the other employees
• Proven ability to adjust to complex new tasks & situations in an effective manner, for own scope of responsibility and as role model for more junior colleagues
• Advanced knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
