Your tasks

• The Senior PM Permitting (Facilities) coordinates the delivery of agreements, permits and approvals for the offshore facilities and drilling activities executed as part of the Neptun Deep project in alignment with the Sr PM General & Safety Permitting. This includes the coordination of activities required by the relevant authorities to obtain Construction Authorizations as defined in the project permitting strategy.
• Consolidates input and provides feedback for ongoing activities and ensures permits and endorsements are valid and available throughout the Project development.
• Keeps close liaison with  third parties (e.g. Permitting Contractor, IVB etc.) for permitting activities.
• Monitors the assigned project Permitting Contractor for scopes under their remit to ensure the timely delivery of documentation required for submission to the relevant authorities e.g. DTAC packages.
• Receives/ checks Company interests in technical documentation issued by the designers required for obtaining approvals/ permits according to the law.
• Liase with the project delivery Engineering teams to ensure that technical documentation required for permitting activities is identified early and delivered in a timely manner to support the permitting and overall project plan.
• Assures compliance of the design documentation with the notification/ decisions imposed by the authorities in order to obtain approvals/ permits/ agreements.
• Assures compliance of the permitting process with applicable rules and regulations.

Your profile

• Master’s degree: Oil & Gas Industry/ Public Administration/Legal/ Oil&Gas Industry
• Management roles:
• Relevant professional experience: Minimum 9 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Good knowledge of HSEE procedures, Local legislation, Local legal rules, etc.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills in leading both technical as well as the operational activities.
• Analytical approach to problems and technical ability to solve them.
• Proven track record (motivation, responsibility, people interrelationship/ management, etc.)
• Project Management Certification
