Your tasks

• The Senior Project Manager in the department Offshore Execution has a key role  of delivery of selected opportunities (pre TG0, TG0, TG1 and beyond ). This includes the management, preparation, and presentation to senior management in tollgate committee meetings, and lead approved opportunities as part of Opportunity Maturation and Execution for further maturation. Key expert role that will lead projects through external consultants for
• Lead the development of an Integrated asset Model for Oil reservoirs of asset X, provide the foundation ability to identify incremental potentials and/or solutions in order to Reduce decline, incremental production and increase gas recovery in Asset X.
• Identifying bottlenecks in the Subsurface/surface facilities to be debottlenecked for higher production efficiency/Production increase and higher recovery factors
• Identify viable economical concepts to mitigate/reduce production decline
• Increase recovered reserves from existing reservoirs
• Lead Production Optimization initiatives by Field / Asset analysis using choke model
• Fully accountable for the technical definition of the opportunity and preparation of documentation for TG0, TG1 decision by the Tollgating Committee as per OMPD process.
• He/She presents the technical aspects of the opportunity towards internal assurance and decision gates and if required also in external meetings (e.g. TCM), such as in front of joint venture partners and governmental authorities.

Your profile

• Master’s degree: Engineering, Geosciences and / or Petroleum Engineering
• Relevant professional experience: Over 9 years E&P experience in different positions and international experience
• Strongly developed interpersonal skills, analytical skills and negotiation abilities
• Strong communication abilities and advanced knowledge of English (written and verbal)
• Experience in integrated project work
• Material subsurface knowledge and background
• Substantial On/Off-shore Experience
• Can work with diverse cultures
• Advanced computer user, especially MS Office
