Your tasks

  • Performs basic tasks assigned in the area of accounting and simple finance processes, according to internal procedures and regulations, in an effective and efficient manner;
  • Performs accurate and timely the allocated activities;
  • Works on clearly instructed assignments with guidance;
  • Contributes with ideas and suggestions to improve personal efficiency / effectiveness;
  • Dedicated to the continuous improvement of own technical abilities and to assimilate new information from more senior colleagues in area of activity;
  • Ensures compliance with internal controls with regards to finance&accounting processes in the area of activity;
  • Provides information requested by the team lead/manager promptly, keeps data up to date and similar activities for the use by others;
  • Prepares input for decision making by others;
  • Implements measures to improve the standardization and optimisations of finance & accounting processes.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Finance and/or Business;
  • Relevant professional experience: 0-1 years professional experience in finance & accounting/Business;
  • Good understanding of key functional areas related to customer support processes;
  • Basic customer service knowledge;
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different type of requests;
  • Good customer service experience in managing maritime/ export process (logistics, including booking, documentation, and customs clearance processes) is considered an advantage;
  • Good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office;
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing), French is an advantage.
