Your tasks
As Sr Exp Electric Superv (inview offshore) prior to Ready for Start-Up date and before start of offshore rotation work, your tasks will be:
- Complete mandatory safety and offshore survival training (e.g., HUET, first aid, firefighting)
- Attend technical training on equipment and systems used offshore
- Participate in company induction and compliance programs
- Review and familiarize with maintenance manuals, technical drawings, and operational procedures
- Update asset registers and maintenance records in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Perform functional checks and quality assurance on spare parts and tools
- Assist in FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) or SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) if applicable
- Attend planning meetings for RFSU (Ready for Start-Up) and offshore mobilization
As Sr Exp Electric Superv (inview offshore)as of Ready for Start-Up date and start of offshore rotation work your tasks will be:
- Plan, coordinate and execute preventive, corrective, and campaign maintenance for offshore electrical systems (HV/MV/LV, UPS, MCC, generators, transformers, motors, lighting, cabling) and HVAC systems (CCR, LER, process areas)
- Act as site Electrical Authority, ensuring safe isolations, energy management, and compliance with ATEX and HSSE standards
- Manage power generation and distribution systems, including load management and UPS for control and safety systems
- Oversee HVAC inspection and maintenance to ensure reliable operation
- Supervise contractors and technicians; ensure correct use of PTW, isolations, and risk assessments
- Conduct troubleshooting and RCA for electrical and HVAC failures; recommend and implement corrective measures
- Maintain CMMS records (work orders, backlog, KPIs), equipment history, and ensure spares/tools are preserved and controlled
- Participate in planning meetings, audits, and emergency response (e.g. firefighting, rescue)
Your profile
- Education: University degree in any engineering or science-based discipline
- Relevant professional experience: >12 years

Minimum of 5 years offshore experience (project / operations)
- 12 years' relevant experience, incl. offshore oil & gas; HVAC experience required
- Strong knowledge of electrical power generation/distribution, UPS, MCC, HVAC systems
- Familiar with CMMS (SAP), RCM/RBI, and international electrical/HVAC standards
- ATEX/EX maintenance certification advantageous
- Proven HSSE awareness and compliance mindset
- Strong troubleshooting and supervisory skills in multicultural teams
- Good command in English; proficient in MS Office and digital tools
