Your Tasks

• Ensure the reliable operation, maintenance, and development of SCADA systems across OMV Petrom’s projects portfolio.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by integrating SCADA with other automation and data platforms.
• Monitor and maintain SCADA systems to ensure continuous and secure operation.
• Develop and implement SCADA configurations, alarms, and control logic.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SCADA-related issues in collaboration with field teams.
• Coordinate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure system integrity.
• Participate in the design and commissioning of new SCADA installations.
• Maintain documentation and change logs for all SCADA modifications.
• Train operators and engineers on SCADA system usage and best practices.
• Support integration of SCADA with ERP, MES, and data analytics platforms.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Contribute to digitalization projects and innovation in industrial automation

Your Profile

• Education: University Degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
• Relevant professional experience> 9 years 
• 3–5 years in SCADA or industrial automation
• SCADA configuration and scripting
• PLC integration
• Network and cybersecurity basics
