Your tasks

• Own and evolve the global Client Automation architecture based on Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), including core components and cloud integrations.
• Define and enforce global architecture, design, and configuration standards across regions and business units.
• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the Client Automation platform, including upgrades, modernization, and decommissioning.
• Align endpoint management strategy with the Microsoft roadmap (Intune, Co‑Management, Cloud Attach).
• Ensure scalability, resilience, and performance for large enterprise environments (10,000+ endpoints).
• Architect and govern Operating System Deployment (OSD), including task sequences, driver strategy, and automation.
• Design and own the Client Standard Image and image deployment approach.
• Define and govern software distribution and application packaging standards (MSI, MSIX, PowerShell).
• Define and oversee patch management strategy for Windows OS and 3rd‑party applications.
• Define configuration management policies, compliance baselines, and reporting standards.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise security baselines, hardening standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate endpoint management with the identity and security ecosystem (AD, Azure AD, PKI, BitLocker, Defender)

Your skills

• Education: Master’s degree in IT & C
• Relevant professional skills: >7 years
• Senior enterprise endpoint architect with deep MECM expertise, large‑scale (10k+) environment experience, strong automation skills, and vendor governance capability.
• Extensive experience in enterprise endpoint management and client automation.
• Proven track record as architecture owner or senior technical authority.
• Strong experience operating large-scale endpoint environments (10k+ devices).
• Experience working in outsourced / vendor‑operated environments.
• Advanced knowledge in implementing, using and troubleshooting: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Intune, Co‑Management, Cloud Attach
• Broad experience in Windows OS deployment, patch management (OS & 3rd party) and lifecycle management
• Strong experience in Application packaging (MSI, MSIX, PowerShell), Identity & security integrations (AD, Azure AD, PKI, BitLocker, Defender)
• Advanced automation and scripting (PowerShell preferred) skills
• Proficient English User (C1/C2)
