Your tasks

• Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation solutions for connectivity and network operations at enterprise scale.
• Act as subject‑matter expert and automation authority for connectivity within Infrastructure Operations, influencing standards and best practices.
• Translates platform capabilities into production‑ready automation patterns, ensuring operational robustness, security, and compliance.
• Defines and promote Network‑as‑Code and Infrastructure‑as‑Code principles for connectivity services across hybrid environments.
• Drives the automation of complex operational workflows (provisioning, configuration, validation, remediation, lifecycle management).
• Establish automation governance, including testing, versioning, documentation, and operational handover standards.
• Collaborates with Platform Enablement to shape roadmaps, tooling decisions, and reusable automation components.
• Provides expert support for major incidents, problem management, and structural root‑cause elimination through automation.
• Coaches and mentors Ops engineers, fostering automation skills and mindset across teams without formal people management.
• Acts as senior technical counterpart for vendors and partners, steering automation integration in managed connectivity services.

Your skills

• Education: Master’s degree in IT & C
• Relevant professional experience: > 7 years
• Extensive experience in enterprise connectivity/network operations with proven hands‑on delivery of automation solutions and the ability to influence standards and practices across multiple teams. 
• Proven experience in data engineering, including data ingestion, transformation, and modeling.
• Extensive experience in enterprise connectivity or network operations
• Proven track record in designing and delivering automation in production environments
• Experience operating in complex, hybrid (on‑prem / cloud) infrastructures
• Advanced automation and scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, APIs, YAML)
• Experience with automation frameworks and infrastructure tooling (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, vendor APIs)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts applied to infrastructure and connectivity
• Ability to influence without authority across Ops, Platform, and Architecture teams
• Proficient English user (C1/C2).
