Your tasks
- Detailed expertise in operations of the import, export and domestic contracts for Gazolina and Crude Oil as part of the overall supply strategy and ensure its implementation.
- Ensure that legal requirements are properly implemented in connection with cross-border operations, all product movements are recorded accurately in accordance with internal company standards and requirements manage alignment process with OMV S&T.
- Explore optimum program for supply points, taking into account all logistical constraints by initiating and actively contribute in finalizing department projects.
- Define a proper monitoring and coordination of services contracts with 3rd party storage providers and other service providers, by ensuring all operational activities related to refinery supply and loadings conditions.
- Defines proposals to support the development of interfaces and coordinates/synchronizes activities between the various external and internal parties to secure procurement flows.
- Provides operations for product supply contracts, executes contracts with service providers and ensures optimal crude oil supply.
- Ensures the follow-up of legal developments in all OMV countries and establishes activities, if necessary, to maintain legal compliance.
- Ensures international trade of products through Constanta (for import) as an integrated element of the supply function in cooperation with OMV S&T London.
- Advises on taxes and customs clearance processes of delivered and imported products.
- Ensures the planning of crude oil stocks within the limits imposed by logistics and production.
Your profile
- University degree (master) in Refining and Petrochemical processes, Economical or Finance & Accounting.
- Min 7-10 years experience in supply operations covering refinery industries.
- Experience in import / export operations and custom clearance operations, minimum 3 years
- Understand entire supply chain from refineries & 3rd party sources to terminals and to clients (e.g. good understanding of procurement activities, logistics, supplier collaboration, deliveries)
- Good knowledge of primary logistics / planning track record of over-achieving objectives.
- Experience in usage of ERP systems, SAP user (previous experience of 1-2 years represents an advantage)
- Advanced MS office
- Advanced English - speaking & writing.
