Your task
- This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving product impact through structured demand management, cross-functional collaboration and data-informed decision-making. The position plays a key role in shaping and scaling digital, and loyalty solutions across multiple markets.
- Strong experience in product management, digital ecosystems or business analysis is highly valued. The role requires the ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements, while ensuring alignment between stakeholders, technical teams and strategic objectives.
- A solid understanding of business KPIs, customer impact and prioritization frameworks is essential, alongside the ability to manage inputs from multiple countries and systems, structure them effectively and support informed product decisions.
- This person will act as a central point of coordination for product-related requests, ensuring clarity, consistency and value-driven prioritization. They will work closely with cross-functional teams and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.
- Act as the single front door for all country change and enhancement requests related to digital, mobile app and loyalty solutions
- Own and enforce a standardized demand intake and qualification process
- Ensure requests are clearly framed in terms of business need, customer impact and urgency
- Filter, rework or reject unclear or low‑value requests before escalation
- Validate country requests using existing data insights, performance signals and KPIs
- Collaborate with the Insights Manager and AI & Growth Manager to ensure correct interpretation of data
Your profile
- Education: Business/ Marketing/ Economics, Computer Science/ Engineering, Mathematics/ Statistics
- 5+ years of experience in digital, product operations, CRM, loyalty or business analytics environments (contemporary performance agency is a plus
- Proven experience managing complex stakeholder demand across multiple markets
- Strong understanding of digital products, customer journeys and data‑driven decision making
- Ability to interpret data insights and performance KPIs (hands‑on analytics not required)
- Excellent structuring, prioritization and communication skills
