Your tasks
- Implement, operate and optimize standardized IT Performance & Portfolio Management governance, processes, policies, and principles across Global IT out of OPGS IT.
- Ensure harmonized budgeting activities, financial management and reporting for the IT portfolio in close collaboration with Controlling and Finance.
- Enable value‑based prioritization of initiatives to ensure investments deliver maximum impact.
- Define and report quantitative and qualitative KPIs for IT & digital services, products, platforms, projects, processes and vendors for run and change activities, and implement corrective actions as required.
- Facilitate approval processes and business/governance reviews of the Global IT platforms & products.
- Drive the end-to-end IT portfolio & performance management process, including prioritization, financial alignment and benefits realization across platforms, products and projects.
- Define & steer the service portfolio process (creation, updates/CRs, retirement), incl. scope change documentation.
- Ensure compliant service documentation for audit & tax (transfer pricing, service catalogue, pricing description, allocation keys).
- Conduct portfolio health assessments, identify imbalances or bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions.
- Identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities through data‑driven insights.
Your skills
- Education: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Digitalization, Finance, or related field
- Relevant professional experience: >7 years
- At least 7 years in IT project, portfolio, or performance management within large, complex organizations; experience in the Energy/Natural Resources/Chemicals sector desirable
- Proven expertise in IT portfolio, program, or product management (methodologies & tools)
- Advanced experience in IT financial management, budget planning, and charging models
- Advanced analytical capability in performance monitoring using financial and operational KPIs
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills in international, cross-functional environments
- Experience with agile delivery and platform-centric operating models
- Fluent English; German/Romanian language skills beneficial.
