Your tasks
- Ensures cloud and hybrid identity and directory operations, including building, operating, and maintaining identity and directory services.
- Designs the cloud and hybrid identity and directory roadmap based on concrete business needs, reflecting relevant technology developments.
- Coordinates and steers implementations and migrations from on-site to cloud, fully taking into account change management and training aspects to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Drives partners to implement and customize technical solutions and processes, and ensures technical service delivery through continuous knowledge exchange and best practice implementations. Participates in projects, provides technical advice, and oversees technical implementations in the hybrid and cloud identity area.
- Manages service providers in the hybrid and cloud identity area.
- Is responsible for setting up governance, controls, operational best practices, and streamlining user management processes to ensure highly usable and stable identity and directory services for users and applications, in adherence with compliance policies.
- Continually provides input by assessing the impact of emerging technologies against strategic IT developments that enable business capabilities.
- Closely collaborates with relevant stakeholders (e.g., business representatives, service managers) to define software development and customization requirements. Supports the implementation of projects from an identity and access perspective.
Your profile
- Master’s degree: IT&C.
- Relevant professional experience: > 7 years
- Advanced knowledge of business-specific IT&C areas: operating Azure Active Directory and federated authentication technologies; Agile methodology; project management methodology; identity and access management platforms; distributed federated authentication protocols.
- Experience with identity management systems (e.g., OneIdentity).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation, with a focus on Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Good knowledge of ITIL and IT security.
- Experience in rolling out and operating Azure Active Directory and federated authentication technologies.
- User-centric thinking and mindset, with the ability to identify and understand identity management productivity needs.
