Your tasks

• Ensure consulting, support, project and service delivery in the area of SAP BW4, SAP Analytics Cloud and BI technologies or any other reporting or visualization tools, for Borealis group.
• Design and develop tailored solutions for specific business requirements. This includes translating business needs into functional and technical specifications, and ensure implementation of a stable service with an eye on continuous improvement in terms of time, quality, cost and collaboration.
• Execute testing of changes to solutions and new solutions, develop and maintain test scripts
• Challenge current practices, aiming for continuous improvement, based on solid technical knowledge of the relevant SAP solutions as well as good understanding of business processes
• Provide customer care by handling incidents and requests with adequate quality and speed, drive root-cause analysis to implement structural improvements
• Ensures the integration of the SAP BW and other BI or SAP Analytics Cloud applications with other applications is done properly by the technical IT team
• Actively follow-up SAP BW and BI solution developments e.g. new releases
• Identify training needs, develop user manuals and provide (key) user training
• Support delivery of the Data & Analytics strategic goals for the area related to SAP Business Intelligence.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and expected outcomes, modeling and framing business scenarios that impact critical business processes and decisions and ensure their implementation by the relevant IT technical team

Your profile

• Master’s degree: Economics / Cybernetics / Management / IT
• Relevant professional experience: > 9 years 
• Relevant working experience in SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud and BI area, as well as other reporting and visualization tools used both for reporting and planning purposes;
• Excellent knowledge about Finance and Controlling processes
• Excellent knowledge of SAP Business Intelligence technology platform with experience in system configuration
• Strong understanding & practical implementation of advanced data models using SAP Business Warehouse for HANA
• Strong understanding & practical implementation of HANA native objects
• Experience in integrating complex, cross-corporate processes and data models, and/or designing strategic metrics and scorecards using SAP Analytics Cloud
• Very good understanding of AMDP programing language and what should be done to enable data transfer between SAP S4 systems and BW / other reporting environments
• Very good understanding of CDS QL (based on standard SQL) and what should be done to enable data transfer between SAP S4 systems and BW / other reporting environments
• Very good understanding of JavaScript as programing language for advanced planning applications using SAP Analytics Cloud
• Excellent working knowledge of SAP BI Tools (SAP Analytics Cloud; SAP Analysis for Office; SAP Query Designer; Eclipse)
• Excellent working knowledge with SAC as planning tool (not only as visualization tool)
• Good knowledge of ITIL framework
• Experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies
• Deep understanding in the dependencies of a multi-system / application environment including a highly complex interface and platform setup
• Proficient English User (C1/C2)
