Your tasks

• Ensure stable IT operations (internationally, for Borealis Digital Solutions) by collaborating with partners to ensure high quality and be fully accountable for: Service delivery, for all assigned IT operations; 1st to 3rd level support for all assigned IT operations and escalations
• Ensures continuous service, technical and innovative improvement of application services and systems as well as maintenance and validation of technical documentation according to the Information Ecosystem standards.
• Monitoring service capacities of IT service relevant internal and external resources (including capabilities) and escalate for recalibration.
• Actively involve in project preparation and execution as technical go-to person.
• Actively involve in the implementation of the IT hybrid systems in concordance with the IT Strategies.
• Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
• Control and monitor IT services, applications and operations on system KPIs (e.g. availability), as the IT application manager for SCM / APO (or similar) related processes.
• Responsible to manage (or collaborate with 3rd party vendor) the Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting and establish service improvement activities.

Your profile

• Master’s degree: IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management
• Relevant professional experience: > 9 years
• An expert with excelent knowledge across own discipline. Has advanced understanding of the business context, all interfaces and interdependencies and manages complex workflows with other disciplines. Has knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of systems (both software and hardware), interfaces, middleware and software development
• Advanced experience in IT service management and IT architecture (e.g. cloud based implementation) integration with enterprise application landscapes and experience in managing continuous integration as well as proven track record in SCM, cross commodities (physical and financial) with involvement in IT implementation projects
• Excelent knowledge of SCM related IT systems
• Strong background in understanding functional requirements front-to-back deal lifecycle, portfolio management, risk management and respective IT systems
• Advanced  knowledge of security principles (Oauth2, JWT, OpenAPI)
• Fluency in English
