Your tasks

  • Responsible for local and regional Sustainable Feedstock Supply for East region by implementing sourcing and collection initiatives
  • Responsible for strategy execution and implementation related to SAF/HVO feedstock, including but not limited to assessment and selection of potential partners for JVs, design and implementation of sourcing and collection concepts
  • Act as Shareholder representative in future JVs, while also serving as Team Lead for Clean Team associated with JV setup and integration, ensuring alignment with internal procedures.
  • Lead multifunctional business development projects and be accountable for the maximization of UCO (used cooking oil) collection and potential other feedstocks in Romania and the entire East region
  • Develop and turn strategic topics and ideas into concrete initiatives and projects and contribute to implement business strategy into operations
  • Lead highly complex strategic projects to ensure proper backwards integration in the value chain of renewable products with primary focus on sourcing and collection of feedstocks
  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, including governance, timelines, risk management, and proactive resolution of deviations through innovative solutions
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and corporate functions, synthesizing complex information into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-level communication
  • Sustainably manage change and transformation while realizing continuous improvement
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members supporting various transformation projects

Your profile

  • Education: University and Master degree in economy, chemistry
  • Work experience: 12 years, in the mineral oil and/or renewable energy sector with international exposure
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in value chain with proven track of project management activities
  • Previous experience in managing project based teams, at least 5 years
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Language skills: excellent level of speaking and understanding of English
  • Computer literate SAP, Microsoft Office advance
  • Strong Capability of multi – cultural approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving & proactive
