Your tasks

       Within the Neptun Deep Project throughout Execute Phase:

  • Develop subsea operations and maintenance processes, procedures and systems.
  • Partcitipate in test off relevant subsea equipment, bith at FAT and during commissioning and start-up
  • Develop subsea activity bridging documents and contractor emergency communication and response arrangements and ensure they are interfaced with those of OMVP.
  • Develop and continuously enhance subsea management processes and systems for use in the future operational phase.
    As of Operate Phase:
  • Responsible for the Integrity of the Susbsea Production systems and Pipelines is maintained at all times and to the highest company and international standards.
  • Responsible for all required subsea IMR intervention and improvement activities are appropriately engineered, planned and executed safely in compliance with all internal and external regulations.
  • Ensure that the OMVP management system and procedural framework is utilised appropriately to safely and efficiently manage subsea work execution activities.
  • Organize necessary actions so that appropriate risk assessments, work packs, procedures, drawings, method statements, equipment spreads, spares and contingency plans are in place to manage foreseeable and credible execution outcomes.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree: Engineering or Technical/Science 
  • Relevant professional experience: > 12 years of relevant employment with, or management of, a subsea consultancy and/or IMR contractor
  • Ability to manage both internal and external resources/contractors to deliver results; to perform technical contract management of subsea contractors and suppliers.
  • Identify and implement improvements within the area of expertise and the wider Asset activities.
  • Understand how to implement and manage continuous process of risk identification and mitigation, including management of change, in order to minimise risks to work-scope delivery and business.
  • Experience: in implementing and recording feedback of lessons learned and turn them into improved processes in the future; in a wide range of subsea projects and IMR execution activities,
  • Experience of applicable subsea IMR / construction technologies and techniques, their limitations and operational risks.
  • Experience in ROV tooling for subsea IMR and project work execution; in both saturation and air diving techniques for subsea IMR and project work execution.
  • Proficient in English. Romanians language skills an advantage
