Your tasks

• Coordinates / supervises complex and strategically (cross functional, international) critical projects and / or Programs; Keeps overview and ensures transparency of Property Management projects portfolio and supports implementation of real estate services reporting to gain further transparency for CREM / OPGS management as well as CREM customers;
• Leads strategic divestment as well as other projects that have major consequences for the organization, such as: ongoing initiatives around Petrom City, Photovoltaic Plants, Biofuel Plants;
• Is actively involved and coordinates the real estate topics generated by Neptun Deep, representing OMV Petrom's interests towards Joint Venture Partners as well as other third parties;
• Actively supports the development, implementation, establishment and continuous improvement of corporate real estate portfolio management and advisory services and projects in Global Solutions CREM; Negotiates and manages contracts with potential buyers and/or external suppliers; Implements real estate portfolio planning together with customers to better harmonize Real Estate demand with respective supply;
• Develops / improves policies, standards, core processes, and evaluation principles; Supervises, supports and ensures compliance of real estate projects;
• Leads strategic projects related to business development, work out to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements and available resources to various phases of the project;
• Supports the continuous development and improvement of all real estate related processes, systems and technology with the definition, planning and implementation of related development/improvement projects;
• Ensure further integration of cross location service delivery through knowledge exchange and best practice identification and implementation; Supports further service automation and implementation or enhancement of business development/steering tools.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree: Project management and/or business administration;
• Relevant professional experience: more than 12 years;
• More than 8 years experience in project team coordination (large projects);
• Excellent knowledge of applied project management methodologies;
• In-depth expertise in corporate real estate management, ensures translation into efficient solutions for complex problems;
• Excellent knowledge in corporate real estate management, especially related to data/information and transaction management;
• Excellent knowledge in document and data base management;
• Very good knowledge of international and Romanian real estate transaction procedures;
• English knowledge - advanced level (written and spoken).
