Your tasks
- Coordinates/supervises complex and strategic (inter-functional, international) projects and/or critical programs; preserves an overview and ensures the transparency of CREM VTM project portfolio and supports the implementation of VTM service reporting to achieve greater transparency for CREM management as well as for CREM clients;
- Coordinates projects for the transfer of significant activities to the Bucharest Services Center, and the establishment / development of new business lines and promotes / allows the internationalization of CREM services;
- Coordinates the development, implementation, establishment and continuous improvement of consulting services and projects and management of mobility services and consulting services within Global Solutions CREM; Negotiates and manages contracts with potential customers and / or external suppliers;
- Coordinates the projects established for the development of new business lines within VTM;
- It is responsible for achieving the objectives of the projects/programs in accordance with the objectives of quality, time and budget and for managing the associated risks;
- Full responsibility for all services and PM support provided on-time, budget and quality delivery;
- Responsible for managing and establishing project governance and control;
- Develops/improves policies, standards, basic processes and evaluation principles; supervises, supports and ensures the compliance of car fleet projects and passenger transport.
Your profile
- Master Diploma; Professional studies in the field of project management;
- Relevant professional experience: more than 9 years;
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the field of fleet management and passenger transport; More tha 8 years of experience in coordinating large projects;
- Extensive experience in optimization and digitization projects;
- Extensive experience in project/ program management, preferably with multidisciplinary teams, preferably in an international environment;
- Strong understanding of OMV Petrom or energy industry business processes;
- Advanced knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies;
- Advanced understanding on change management (culture, communication, mobilization, leadership, people development);
- English skills – advanced level.
