Your tasks

• Designs and coordinates the engineering of the new Cloud and Compute IT Infrastructure service.
• Advanced expertise role in special business and Digital Infrastructure projects, ensuring technical consultancy and implementations. Actively involved in the implementation of projects from an IT Senior Cloud&Compute Design and Architecture role.
• Ensures the implementation and customization of Cloud&Compute technical solutions and processes,  ensuring  technical implementations along with services delivery based on best practices.
• Continually provides input assessing the impact of emerging technologies against strategic IT developments enabling the business capabilities
• Builds and deploys Cloud&Compute IT infrastructure services
• Advanced technical support role in tenders evaluation, including technical challenges of the vendors
• Consults regarding technical solutions especially within the IT department and counsels project managers, service managers and business consultants regarding technical questions and possible solutions. Reports to the department manager or project managers, esp. on defined KPIs, including analysis or root cause analysis in case of technical system failures.
• Actively looking on strategic direction of vendors, market trends, and determines their impact and value to the enterprise. Functionally coordinates external suppliers, works on detailed level (e. g. requirement specifications, IT Cloud&Compute implementation proposals).

Your profile

• Master’s degree: IT&C.
• Relevant professional experience: > 7 years
• Has advanced understanding of the business context, all interfaces and interdependencies and manages complex workflows with other disciplines. Has knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of systems, peripheral devices, and the most sophisticated information technologies.
• ITIL Service Management certification
• Advanced experience in scripting specific to automation of Cloud&Compute services provisioning.
• Advanced knowledge of DevOps practices and automation with focus on Microsoft Azure DevOps/Ansible.
• Advanced experience with Azure Cloud technologies.
• English – advanced level written and verbal.
