Your tasks

  • Provide expertise for project managers in development of MTP, annual budget for the entire Project portfolio in LCB Department / Management Support Sub-department
  • Identify, evaluate and monitor cost related to every project and ensure the cost are proper allocated
  • Monitors, provide expertise and reports on implementation of Gas & Power Division strategy and status reporting; maintain strategy KPI database: operational and financial; actively participates in strategy project developments, including project management
  • Organize and maintain KPI’s database: operational/ technical, commercial, macro, financial etc supporting the divisional activities
  • Provide expertise in organizing the required steps and info for the Planning Assumptions process base for the annual MTP medium-term planning exercise within OMV Group
  • Facilitates cooperation and communication amongst Gas & Power business units to facilitate information flow with regards to Budget and Cost and facilitate communication across different Group stakeholders
  • Helps planning and implementation of actions to identify risks that can generate additional cost in projects and develop strategies to manage them.
  • Evaluate and approve reception document/invoices and ensure the cost are according with Contract provision and ensure budget requirements are met.
  • Develop Cost reports for all the projects and inform the Project Management team and all other stakeholders

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree: Business/economics/management
  • Relevant professional experience: > 7 years
  • >8 years experience cost control and financial disciplines
  • A professional lead with large knowledge across own discipline
  • Proven ability to manage diverse efforts’ synergies through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Experienced in navigating ambiguity and change
  • Good understanding of value drivers of the business
  • Fluent in English and Romanian
