Your tasks

• Ensure compliance of renewable energy asset activities and specific operational processes with OMV Petrom and affiliate internal technical instructions, operating procedures and maintenance manuals, while strictly observing HSSE requirements, including environmental standards.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of renewable energy assets, identify deviations from expected performance levels and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Actively contribute to the collection and analysis of data related to asset performance, energy production and maintenance activities, to prepare monthly reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments (maintenance, procurement, legal, finance, HSSE ) to ensure alignment of all activities with corporate policies, objectives and governance requirements.
• Coordinate O&M contractors and third-party service providers, including the management of planned and unplanned shutdowns, while ensuring strict compliance with OMV Petrom HSSE policies and applicable Romanian regulations.
• Participate in the technical handover process from construction to operations, including the onboarding of new systems into the monitoring platform and Dispatch Center.
• Provide support for all activities related to insurance claim processes, including communication with stakeholders, documentation management, impact evaluation, compliance with expert requirements and claim acceptance or settlement.
• Participate to elaboration and updating of technical procedures which refer to operation Renewable Power Plants.
• Actively contributes to the cost deviation and P&L analysis in coordination with responsible departments
• Collaborate to the preparation of the yearly budget and to the operational reporting

Your profile

• Bachelor degree in Engineering / technical
• Relevant professional experience: > 5 years
• Experience in RES  project ( PV and BESS ) will be  a significant advantage
• Proven experience into operation of large scale renewable energy assets
• Solid technical and commercial understanding of O&M and EPCC contracts.
• Experience working with SCADA systems and asset management tools.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in wind turbines and asset management of large-scale energy projects, including a proven track record in overseeing and coordinating teams and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of applicable HSSE standards.
• Fluency in Romanian and English (spoken and written).
• Valid driving license – category B.
