Your tasks
- Lead a team of Professional CSO FPS and Professional CSO & Optimization FPS, across Bulk, Aviation and Petchem
- Responsible for supporting all customers within the Contract Management unit (Back office), through efficient people management.
- The Team Leader Contract Management FPS East will drive continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction throughout process optimizations, automations and harmonization based on defined service levels. The position will be responsible for implementation of CSO FPS East related projects such as Customer Engagement Platform, S4Hana updates, Contract Lifecycle management, Bootcamp initiatives or other future strategic initiatives.
- People management – responsible for all aspects of day-to-day management of team members including performance objectives resource allocation and employee engagement
- Develop, train when needed, frequently evaluate and coach staff to provide cost effective customer service while ensuring high quality standards
- Ensure that all team members have the right tools, both hardware/software and skills needed to perform at the highest customer service&operations level.
- Ensure a great team work spirit and collaboration among individuals.
- Responsible for change management during any transformation related to CSO FPS East team.
Your profile
- Master’s degree: Economics, Business Administration
- Relevant professional experience: > 7 years in similar position related to customer service/order management; 3-5 years experience in a management role
- Leadership mindset; Great people management skills
- Fluent english
- Accuracy of work and time management
- Customer centric mindset
- Willingness to learn in order to enrich knowledge with regards to market, products, customers.
- Strong SAP & computer operations skills (S4Hana, CEP, ROB Order taking, or any other RPAs or strategic initiative)
