PM SWP Offshore Logistics- determined period

Your Tasks

  • Take part in safety walkdowns as requested by Snr PM Offshore HUC.  Shall comply with all HSSE regulations from the Project, OMVP, EPC-1 contractor as well as all legal requirements of working in Romania.
  • Co-ordinate rotations of all OMVP personnel and visitors:
  • Transfer from airport / point of entry to embarkation of crew boat
  • Secure place on the crew boat to mobilize.
  • Coordinate overnight accommodation at the point of embarkation as needed
  • Allocation of cabin on the accommodation vessel and allocation to a muster point
  • Ensure that minimum safety training e.g. BOSIET and required medical certificates are in place prior to mobilization
  • Act as single point of contact for all issues associated with the accommodation on behalf of OMVP personnel
  • Allocation of crew boat seat for demobilization and ultimately transfer to airport or point of exit.
  • Manage all disruptions to scheduling and arrangements due to bad weather or the boat going technical
  • Manage transfer of company containers and goods to the offshore location, including the coordination of hazardous goods
  • Act as interface for waste management between the offshore location and onshore if necessary.
  • Develop the work site plans, durations, deliverables, resources, and procedures as necessary.
  • Adapt a predefined project management methodology to specific needs.
  • Prepare project documentation, work plans, project manuals, progress reports, expected outcomes, and stakeholder matrices as needed.
  • Estimate the work duration for completing tasks assigned to project team members.

Your Profile

  • Education: :  BEng or equivalent, and Chartered Engineer or relevant extensive experience in a similar offshore position / mega project..
    • Medical certificate Fit for working at Height/ Fit for working on platforms
    • OPITO approved offshore medical certificate
    • BOSIET certificate (for cold climate)
    • CAEBS training
  • Relevant professional experience:  ˃ 7 years
  • Previous experience as an offshore logistics coordinator for a previous hookup or turnaround campaign.
  • Ability to speak Romanian is desirable.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Good written communication skills.
