Your tasks

  • Registers documents and decisions of OMV Offshore Bulgaria and ensures the multiplication and distribution to the departments responsible for their implementation.
  • Is responsible with the documents archiving process within the Branch Office
  • Ensures the reception, registration, and distribution of correspondence. 
  • Cooperates closely with all members of the management team within Branch Office.
  • Keeps/updates specific electronic files.
  • Establishes the document control system.
  • Organizes the General Manager agenda including work schedules using MS-Outlook
  • Organizes all travel arrangements, set up hotels and make reservations, and keep track of all refund requests.
  • Provides assistance in the preparation and issuance of presentations and technical documents.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree: Economics, Law, Business Administration 
  • Relevant professional experience: 3-5 years; 9 years of petroleum/oil&gas industry experience (exploration/reservoir engineering)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English language
  • Experience in managing complex requests from business
  • Ability to work in multicultural teams
  • Good communication and coordination skills
