Your Tasks
- Manages contracting and procurement activities for a complex project, in close collaboration with the project team. Act as the interface between Procurement and the project team to ensure the flow of information.
- Coordinates processes and, as needed, resources, consolidates and coordinates the management interface with all relevant stakeholders dedicated to the project in accordance with corporate policies and procedures, and the joint venture contract, in order to meet the requirements.
- Plans, implements and manages procurement services, and ensures the execution/implementation of contracts related to the project.
- Responsible for executing procurement activities within and for the project and for coordinating procurement activities, including third-party procurement services. Coordinates the bidding process within the project (identifying suppliers, applying framework contracts, specifications, bid evaluations, proposing and aligning the shortlist of suppliers for negotiations, negotiations, and contracting) in accordance with internal directives and project needs.
- Defines the contract content, aligned with the project team and internal stakeholders (Legal, Insurance, Taxes, HSSE, and other involved stakeholders).
- Executes/coordinates procurement activities for specific projects, including the development of project supply plans, conducts specific source-to-contract activities and monitors the activities of colleagues from supporting procurement categories.
- Responsible for executing allocated procurement and contract management activities related to the drilling/well-related project.
- Manages the allocated contracts related to Neptun, including implementation, loss identification and claims; provides consultancy on contract compliance based on risks, in accordance to OMVP best practices and procedures/governance. Leads delivery and management of contracts and their amendments, as well as related claims.
- Acts as a single point of contact and is responsible for procurement activities and contract implementation.

- Education: Bachelor degree in relevant field
- Relevant professional experience: >9 years
- Experience in procurement process, contract management and claims management
