Your tasks
- Maintain and govern high‑quality master data for security providers in SAP. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvements.
- Manage end‑to‑end invoice processing for Credit & Collection services. Resolve discrepancies, ensure compliant archiving, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Execute and document credit limit approvals within workflows. Ensure compliance, accurate SAP updates, and support process standardization.
- Perform counterparty risk assessments using financial analysis and KPIs. Monitor risk, ensure documentation, and improve automated assessment tools.
- Manage collateral and insurance requirements in SAP. Maintain data, update templates, and ensure compliance with credit risk policies.
- Deliver accurate reporting and monitoring of customer credit risk. Analyze payment behavior and support audits with high‑quality data.
- Handle collections and claims activities independently. Manage overdue accounts, coordinate with partners, and improve recovery strategies.
- Oversee collection system usage and data accuracy. Use analytics to identify risks and support system/process optimization.
- Support Credit & Collection systems and IT interfaces. Resolve issues, enhance processes, and assist with new implementations.
- Contribute to projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain documentation, controls, and support broader business needs.
Your profile
- University degree (Master’s) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, min. 3 years of professional experience in Credit Risk, Collections, Finance.
- Languages: Fluent Slovak and English (written and spoken), German language skills (at least upper intermediate level); Czech or Hungarian is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and SAP transactions. Familiar with invoicing, collections, and credit risk activities.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and reporting. Able to analyze data and support process optimization.
- Good knowledge of regulations, internal guidelines, and department processes. Capable of updating documentation and ensuring compliance.
- Flexible and proactive mindset with good communication skills. Able to adapt quickly and identify improvement opportunities.

Start day: As soon as possible, latest 1.9.2026.
Contract type: full-time, 40 hours/week.
