Your tasks

  • Fuel Inventory Management: Analyze and manage wet stock inventory using internal systems, including fuel deliveries, dip readings, and stock corrections.
  • Fuel Loss Reporting & Optimization: Develop and control fuel shortage reports, propose optimization measures, and coordinate with departments to reduce fuel losses.
  • Inventory Coordination & Communication: Organize annual fuel and Non-Oil Business inventories, communicate inventory topics with Filling Station Partners, Area Managers, and stakeholders.
  • Process Development & Documentation: Define and document fuel and shop inventory processes, update manuals, and support audits and legal inquiries.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports and analyses (e.g., stock movements, dealer tolerance), support budgeting and accruals calculations.
  • Shop Inventory Management (Slovakia only): Manage shop inventory processes, control manko, and analyze shop-related transactions and stock movements
  • System Integration & Controls: Analyze SAP interfaces, electronic dip readings, and ensure accurate transaction processing and system alignment.
  • Training & Support: Conduct trainings for Filling Station partners and staff on inventory processes and tools, and assist with dealer settlements.
  • Field Checks & Ad Hoc Support: Organize field trips for fuel and shop inventory checks, support ad hoc investigations and delivery validations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as key contact for internal departments, auditors, and legal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and issue resolution.

Your profile

  • Master University degree in Business or Economics.
  • 3-5 years relevant professional experience.
  • Strong analytical skills; Detail Oriented & Organized.
  • Inventory & Process Management Expertise.
  • Communication & Coordination Skills.
  • Fluency in Slovak and English - both written and spoken; Hungarian or German advantage.
