What you will learn

 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the People & Culture (P&C) team in daily operation.
  • Assist in the preparation of various employment related documentation.
  • Work with our attendance and time‑tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process for internship positions.
  • Contribute to P&C branding initiatives, helping strengthen our employer brand internally and externally.
  • Participate in local P&C projects, gaining exposure to diverse people‑focused practices.
  • Support additional administrative tasks as assigned by your supervisor, allowing you to explore various areas within P&C.

What we are looking for

 

  • University student in Bratislava (2nd or 3rd year of studies).
  • Willingness to work 20 hours/week (including during school holidays).
  • High level of accuracy, reliability, and responsibility.
  • Team-oriented and proactive mindset.
  • Microsoft Office: intermediate user.
  • Experience with administrative work is an advantage.
  • Languages: fluency in Slovak (C1/C2), English (B2/C1), plus Hungarian (B2/C1) or German (B2/C1) required.

This position is compensated at an hourly rate of 6,50 EUR.

The Student Temporary Work Agreement (DoBPŠ) will be concluded with OMV Slovensko s.r.o.

Contract type: Student Temporary Work Agreement (Dohoda o brigádnickej práci študenta (DoBPŠ)), 20 hours / week (Based on the Slovak Labor Law)
