Your tasks

• Manage all OMV International Services activities in line with contractual and legal requirements.
• Oversee supplier management for Card Business partners and vendors.
• Conduct User Acceptance Tests for Card Systems and card terminal changes.
• Maintain and update documentation for OMV International Services processes and activities.
• Reconcile OMV Card Business operations with OMV International Services and linked system participants.
• Execute International Clearing Center reports and scheduled processes (daily, monthly, quarterly) for OMV internal and external needs.
• Support audits, year-end closing, and compliance activities for OMV International Services and Card Business.
• Provide 2nd level support for Card System and bank card issues; resolve card incidents and mass updates.
• Act as business expert in Card projects and provide 1st level support for initiatives in allocated entities.
• Manage Routex collaboration, transaction settlement, VAT processing, and vendor coordination with corporate tax authorities.

Your profile

• University degree – in Business /Management.
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the card business.
• Ability to analyze and manage processes for efficient operations.
• Technical understanding of IT systems and processes.
• Strong analytical skills; detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to cooperate in matrix corporate environment.
• Fluency in Slovak and English - both written and spoken; Hungarian or German is an advantage.
