Your tasks
- Timely, accurate clearing with OMV Group, ROUTEX partners, and other participants.
- Operation of card backend systems and second‑level support for fuel card inquiries.
- Vendor management and coordination with OMV partners.
- User Acceptance Testing for Card System and terminal changes.
- Business reconciliation with OMV Card Business, OMV International Services, and linked parties.
- Execution of International Clearing Center processes and preparation of regular/ad hoc reports.
- Validation of invoices and processing of Input/Output VAT with authorities and VAT agents.
- Support for audits, Year End Closing, and maintenance of required documentation.
- Resolution of card incidents, mass updates, and support for card‑related projects in Bratislava and Bucharest.
- Transaction settlement and clearing with ROUTEX partners and OMV affiliates, plus management of fiscal representatives across Europe
Your profile
- University degree – in Business /Management.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the card business.
- Ability to analyze and manage processes for efficient system operations.
- Technical understanding of IT systems and processes.
- Strong analytical skills; detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to cooperate in matrix corporate environment.
- Languages: fluency in Slovak, English and German - both written and spoken; Hungarian is an advantage.
