Your tasks

  • Manage and maintain security provider master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company requirements.
  • Process and verify Credit & Collection invoices, resolve discrepancies, support payment approvals, and maintain proper documentation and archiving.
  • Perform credit limit reviews, approvals, extensions, and exception handling in line with Credit Risk policies and approval procedures.
  • Conduct counterparty credit assessments using financial statements, credit ratings, and risk indicators, and document assessment results.
  • Administer collateral and insurance activities, including data maintenance, coverage monitoring, premium declarations, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Prepare and analyze credit risk reports, monitor customer payment behavior and exposure, and support risk mitigation actions.
  • Manage collection and claims activities, including overdue receivables, insurance claims, external legal cases, and fraud-related support.
  • Maintain Credit & Collection systems and master data, resolve system issues with IT, and support process and system improvements.
  • Support projects, audits, internal controls, process documentation updates, and initiatives focused on automation and process optimization.
  • Provide analyses, reports, and other operational support to achieve departmental goals and fulfill additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Your profile

  • University degree (Master’s) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, 1 year of professional experience in Credit Risk, Collections, Finance.
  • Languages: Fluent Slovak and English (written and spoken), German language skills (at least upper intermediate level); Czech or Hungarian is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, payment collection, incoming payments, and dunning activities.
  • Good knowledge of credit risk management principles, processes, and related business activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP transactions relevant to Credit & Collection operations.
  • Good understanding of applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and compliance requirements related to credit risk activities.
