Your tasks
- Manage contract administration including managing shared inboxes, coordinating signatures, and uploading documents to Contractus.
- Handle sustainability certificates by collecting, checking, and uploading ISCC/RedCert/PoS/SD documents into SAP and Ceemas.
- Monitor certificate coverage to ensure deliveries are fully matched with valid certificates and help follow up on missing or incorrect documentation.
- Maintain sustainability data in internal and external databases such as Ceemas, elNa, Nabisy, and Uniondatabase.
- Perform SAP deal capture tasks for renewable products and support payment readiness checks based on sustainability requirements.
- Support supply analysis by updating tracking files and reviewing volumes, stock levels, and forecasts for renewable feedstocks and blending components.
- Prepare materials such as data summaries, and price overviews for supply and sustainability related topics.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Supply, Logistics, Finance and Controlling to resolve certificate, contract, and SAP related issues.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements by helping update work instructions and supporting new processes in the renewables area.
- Act on ad-hoc requests by line manager to support projects, improvements and day-to-day tasks
Your profile
- University degree Min Bc. – Economics / Business.
- Min 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly organized and efficient
- Analytical skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of related legislations/norms, internal rules & guidelines
- Computer literacy: excellent MS Office skills, SAP.
- Languages: fluency in Slovak, English, German/Hungarian is an adavantage
