Your tasks

• Transforming complex data into clear insights to support sales and operational decisions.
• Collaborating with business teams to connect analytics with practical actions.
• Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
• Analyzing customer behavior using loyalty and transactional (POS) data.
• Monitoring sales trends, detecting anomalies, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Translating data findings into actionable recommendations to improve performance and revenue.
• Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Retail, and Convenience teams on data solutions.
• Supporting daily operations by reviewing performance and identifying improvement areas.
• Assisting with special projects and contributing to continuous business optimization.

Your profile

• University degree Master, professional experience 0-1 year.
• Languages: fluency in Slovak (C2) and English (B2) required.
• Proficiency in MS office tools and Power BI.
• Detail oriented  with strong analytical thinking and passion for working with data.
• Familiarity with big data processing.
• Willingness to work in a highly agile environment.
• Open minded and highly developed communication skills in diverse team.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Contract type: full-time, 40 hours/week
