Your tasks

• Develop and implement pricing and volume strategies for Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Hungary to achieve profitability and commercial targets.
• Review and approve sales contracts and tender offers, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and margin objectives.
• Optimize product pricing, sales volumes, and allocation across markets and profit centers to maximize value and commercial performance.
• Lead short-, medium-, and long-term pricing and volume planning, improving forecast accuracy and planning processes.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Supply, and Logistics teams to ensure the most profitable placement and distribution of products.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, supply-demand developments, and recommend actions to improve business performance.
• Coordinate responses to supply disruptions and market constraints, prioritizing volumes and supporting business continuity.
• Drive standardization, continuous improvement, digitalization, and development of pricing, planning, and optimization tools and processes.
• Lead cross-functional and international projects, provide expert analysis and guidance, and support decision-making for senior management.
• Act as the regional subject matter expert and deputy to the Department Manager, providing functional leadership and ensuring continuity of operations.

Your profile

• University degree (Master’s) in Business/Economics/Data Management.
• Languages: Fluent Slovak and English (written and spoken), German or Hungarian is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a good understanding of commercial and sales processes.
• Team-oriented, hands-on professional with a proactive approach to problem solving and delivering results.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and build strong working relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is an advantage.

Short-term incentives in the form of yearly bonus based on OMV group results.
