Your tasks

• Lead the architecture and automation of enterprise reporting ecosystems in Power BI, Power Apps, and Salesforce, aligned with B2B Sales & Marketing priorities.
• Deliver high‑impact analytics to senior leadership, shaping commercial strategy, pricing, and customer portfolio profitability.
• Drive scenario modeling, forecasting, and advanced analytics to influence long‑term commercial and sales performance.
• Establish and uphold strong data governance standards to ensure consistent, reliable, and scalable data across all platforms.
• Apply predictive and diagnostic analytics to monitor processes, customer behavior, and operational trends, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Lead or support end‑to‑end implementation of digital and AI solutions, from idea evaluation to deployment and transformation.
• Assess and optimize data management processes, addressing gaps and risks to strengthen data quality and integrity.
• Analyze AS‑IS Customer‑to‑Cash processes, define TO‑BE designs, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and experience.
• Monitor digital transformation trends and identify tools that elevate quality, efficiency, and user or customer experience.
• Identify and evaluate AI‑driven use cases, develop business cases, and prepare projects that enhance operational excellence and value.

Your profile

• University degree (MA) in Business, Data Science, IT.
• 7+ years in BI, analytics, scenario modeling, forecasting, AI tools, and emerging digital trends in B2B environments.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Proven expertise in designing enterprise‑grade reporting solutions & dashboards using tools (Power BI, Power Apps).
• Deep knowledge of data governance, data quality management.
• Advanced skills in SQL, data modeling, data visualization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in Slovak and English is required; German is an advantage.

Short-term incentives in the form of yearly bonus based on OMV group results.
