Your tasks

• Strategy Planning – “Growth mindset”: in alignment with OMV HU company strategy develop local marketing and communication strategies to drive revenue and margin growth.
• Best-in-Class campaign management – “Continuous Improvement mindset”: develop and execute the local Marketing Plan covering all communication channels.
• Market Intelligence & Insights - “Customer focused mindset”: conduct market research based on local needs, identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Maximize Loyalty Strategy & Execution - “Value for Money mindset” with SuperShop programme & MyStation app:offer strategy,communication plan,database analysis, ROI analysis.
• Corporate Communication: manage local external, press communications and PR topics with strong collaboration with the corporate team.
• Budget planning & budget management – “ROI mindset”: lead marketing budget planning and continuously monitor ROI and adjust plans accordingly.
• Build “Business Intelligence mindset”: conduct data analysis and mining to support decision-making, provide regular reporting to business decisions.
• Foster cross-Functional Collaboration with local and international teams.
• Brand Guidance: ensure adherence to international brand and design guidelines across all materials.
• Lead, inspire and develop the local marketing team to consistently deliver high‑quality, impactful results.

Your profile

• Academic Background: Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing.
• Experience: Min. 9 years of professional experience with a solid track record of delivering high‑quality results.
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading and developing teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: Fluent in Hungarian and English at an advanced level.
• Competencies: High stress tolerance, strong conflict‑management skills, strategic mindset, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Flexibility: Proactive attitude, ability to manage multiple priorities, and willingness to travel (B‑category driving license).
