Your tasks

  • Customer Portfolio Management: Proactively manage and grow the OMV Card customer base through regular personal visits and relationship-building.
  • Sales Acquisition: Identify and convert new business opportunities with strong focus on pipeline management; prepare offers, negotiate terms, and activate customer accounts.
  • Customer Retention: Strengthen long-term customer relationships through consistent engagement, strategic support, and a focus on satisfaction and loyalty. Analyse customer performance and take targeted actions to maximize value and retention. 
  • Product Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor on OMV fuel cards, e-mobility cards, value-added services, and digital tools, offering tailored solutions to customer needs.
  • Administrative Excellence: Handle customer-related documentation and reporting; ensure accurate data entry and updates in CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Project Contribution: Support the execution of local and international sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to strategic business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g. credit, pricing, back-office) to ensure seamless customer operations.
  • Risk Management: Monitor customer creditworthiness and payment behaviour to minimize financial exposure and ensure compliance.
  • Market Intelligence: Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour; share insights with the Country Card Manager and stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Apply structured sales methodologies and strong communication skills to deliver results aligned with business objectives.

Your profile

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Hungarian and advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Education: University degree (Bachelor or higher) in Economics, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
  • Sales & Customer Expertise: Proven skills in negotiation, account management, and customer engagement, excellent communication skills. Understanding on oil & gas industry, fuel card solutions or mobility services is an advantage.
  • Digital & Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market and customer data; proficient in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), MS Office tools, and structured sales methodologies.
  • Work Style & Mobility: Highly self-organized, capable of working independently and remotely; willing to travel regularly within Hungary; valid Category B driving license.
