Your tasks

• Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Develop and execute a local POS communication strategy aligned with OMV Hungary’s goals.
• Budget Ownership: Plan and manage the annual POS, PR, and impact strategy budget, ensuring cost-efficiency.
• POS Communication Execution: Deliver high-quality POS marketing campaigns in line with the Brand Marketing Calendar.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve POS material development, production, and logistics for efficiency.
• Gastro & Coffee Communication: Lead creative strategy and execution for the Gastro and Coffee portfolio, supporting menu marketing.
• Market & Business Intelligence: Monitor and analyze gastro, coffee, POS, and PR performance; conduct competitor analysis.
• PR & External Communications: Manage corporate communications with internal and international teams for consistent messaging.
• Event Management: Plan and execute company events with agencies and stakeholders to support brand objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and partners to achieve marketing goals.
• Administrative & System Support: Provide admin support for marketing operations, including SAP tasks and budget tracking.

Your profile

• Academic Background: Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business, or Communication.
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing.
• Marketing and Communication competencies: experience in both marketing campaign and brand development and PR/external communications.
• Languages: Fluent in Hungarian and Business English (spoken and written).
• Soft Skills: Flexible, assertive, reliable, with excellent communication, negotiation, organizational skills, and awareness of industry trends, creative but analytical thinking.

Start day: As soon as possible, latest 01.12.2025.

Contract type: full-time, 40hours/week.
