Your tasks

• Driving the commercial performance of the assigned station portfolio, ensuring each site reaches its full potential.
• Taking ownership of daily operations and KPIs while maintaining a consistently high customer experience.
• Leading area level planning processes and contributing to annual budget and target development.
• Building strong, trust based partnerships with dealers and supporting them in compliant, efficient, and profitable operations.
• Monitoring market and competitor activity and sharing insights that shape pricing and commercial decisions.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing and Asset Management teams to roll out impactful initiatives.
• Delivering operational and financial assessments that support investment decisions and long term site development.
• Ensuring high safety, compliance, and operational reliability standards across all stations.
• Acting as a hands on leader in the field, promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Contributing to OMV’s overall commercial success through analytical thinking and a proactive, solution oriented approach.

Your profile

• Academic Background: Master’s degree in business, economics, or a technical field.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, including proven leadership responsibility.
• Strong analytical and financial assessment capabilities, along with solid MS Office proficiency.
• Languages: Fluent Hungarian skills and confident English communication (B2).
• Sales driven mindset, high stress tolerance, strong conflict management abilities, and willingness to travel (B‑category driving licence).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a natural strength in relationship building. Proactive, hands on attitude coupled with a strong commitment to operational excellence.
