Your tasks
- Perform reliable daily data processing and reporting to ensure seamless supply chain continuity.
- Prepare the daily Dunatár tank farm inventory report to maintain up‑to‑date stock visibility.
- Compile the daily Supply & Operations Plan using inputs from internal supply chain reports and daily logistical forecasts.
- Provide analytical and reporting support to the Expert Supply Operation HU and related internal/external stakeholders.
- Act as backup for Expert Supply Operation HU during absences, ensuring continuous operation reporting and data accuracy.
- Support annual reporting duties, e.g. supply & inventory.
- Monitor and control supply‑related costs, ensuring expenses remain optimized and within targets.
- Ensure accurate reporting of products, volumes and related costs to support reliable monthly and annual Supply & Logistics budgeting.
- Secure continuous product flow across wholesale, retail and Oil‑Co operations through effective coordination with relevant business units.
- Provide administrative support across Supply, Dunatár and Bitumen operations, including Tax, Legal and Representation‑related activities, as well as Cost Control.
Your profile
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Economics, or Technical Studies.
- Experience: Min. 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar operational or administrative role.
- Languages: Fluent in Hungarian; English at a business-level (B2).
- Technical Skills: Strong MS Office knowledge; SAP experience is considered an advantage.
- Competencies: Excellent negotiation skills, high accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
- Work Style: Proactive, flexible, self‑driven approach with strong organizational skills and consistent delivery quality.
