Your tasks
- Leads a team of 12 employees and oversees the full Employee Life Cycle, including apprenticeships, recruiting, development, exits, payroll, and pension schemes.
- Holds full country responsibility for labor law, social insurance matters, and works council relations.
- Drives change and transformation initiatives to support organizational and business development.
- Ensures compliant implementation of national P&C and employment policies in line with evolving legislation.
- Manages personnel controlling, including definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs.
- Represents the country on all P&C topics across functions and business areas.
- Acts as primary contact for BP Lead Nat. & Int., VP P&C, and PCLT members on country level matters.
- Ensures execution of national audit, compliance, and regulatory activities.
- Serves as country expert for Centers of Expertise and external P&C vendors.
- Builds and maintains relationships with local authorities, universities, apprenticeship bodies, social insurance institutions, pension funds, and employer associations.
Your profile
- University degree / master diploma in business adminstration, law or similar and min. 12 years of relevant professional experiences.
- Strong expertise in local labor law, compensation & benefits, and core P&C operations.
- Solid understanding of business operations, industry dynamics, and functional requirement.
- Proficient process knowledge supporting efficient and compliant HR workflows.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement across all levels.
- Fluent in English and German.

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 114.828,-- all-in. Depending on skills and specific experience, over-payment is possible.
