Your Profile
- University degree: Masters' Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical / Instrumentation / Industrial
- Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience in upstream Oi l& Gas projects or maintenance + International Experience &
- 8+ years of leadership experience
- Relevant Professional Skills;
- Maintenance/inspection systems, practices and techniques.
- Strong Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Risk based inspection (RBI). Experience of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) preferably SAP-PM and/or Maximo conversant with root cause analysis (RCA) process.
- Experienced in the process of monitoring and auditing.
- Strong Knowledge of industry norms and specifications.
- The ability to share knowledge and skills when required and support and motivate others to achieve team goals. Self-motivated, team player and capable of working in remote locations in a multi-cultural environment.
- Key aspects of the job will be keen safety awareness and advocacy, multi-discipline technical team leadership, coaching and mentoring, evaluation and assessment, planning and coordination of work within a simultaneous operations environment, having technical expertise relevant to design, operation and maintenance of assigned systems and liaising with equipment engineers, equipment vendors, construction personnel, operations team members and maintenance personnel.
- Excellent communication and social skills, effective across a broad spectrum of nationalities and cultures.
- Full Command of English Language (Spoken & Written), Local Language is a plus
- Good computer skills – technical, office, CMMS, etc.
Your Tasks
- Pro-active communications with operational staff/teams to ensure minimal downtime due to maintenance activities or unplanned shut-downs
- Lead a Multi-disciplinary Maintenance team and ensure that Maintenance Systems and Procedures are applied, reviewed and updated
- Manage operation & maintenance modes in accordance with the applicable safety & Engineering standards
- Improve availability & reliability of all facilities by selecting the most appropriate maintenance philosophy
- Establish the actual capacities and capabilities of existing field facilities and scope for optimization.
- Achieve optimum utilization, effectiveness, and efficiency of all field facilitates and resources and Identify potential applications for new technology
- Prepare maintenance budget
- Assure that project design is developed and finalized in compliance with relevant technical Referential, codes and standards.
- Support facilities optimization team during installation and commissioning of new equipment/facilities
- Ensure that process modifications are implemented in strict compliance with Safety rules, Company specifications and International Codes / Standards
- Implement HSSE management systems to ensure safety of personnel / assets, protection of environment / company reputation & meet targets set by management.
Success Criteria
- Compliance with statutory regulations, inspection and maintenance schedules and company standards.
- Facilities uptime, turnarounds duration & budget expenditure as per plan.
- Compliance with Operational Integrity Assurance & Verification Schemes & Meet the reliability and availability targets of plant equipment.
