Your Profile
- University degree: Master’s degree
- Experience: 12+ years of relevant professional experience + international experience & 8+ years of leadership managerial experience
- Preferable Extensive knowledge in all aspects of drilling and workover practices
- State-of-the-art transactional procurement procedures including understanding for public procurement if applicable
- Relevant technological understanding and experience of the local/regional supply market are an advantage
- Local Sourcing optimization (Market analysis, Optimization levers, Cost analysis, etc)
- Proven experience in leadership and management, specifically in managing cross-functional intercultural teams without having (direct) reporting line relationship
- State of the art IT skills, including SAP, MS Office, Procurement applications, etc.
- Fluent English is a must, local language (Arabic & French) is an advantage
Your tasks
Overall responsibility including project Procurement and governance for all procurement activities in venture "Tunisia". Accountable and responsible to work with suppliers, internal customers, and other stakeholders on complex purchases to achieve added value outcomes in procurement and supply (price or total costs, timescales, quality, innovation, sustainability, etc.) in line with the Venture Demand Plan including contract management, Supplier/Contractor management, and claims management.
Responsible for main applicable process, in Tunisia, as follows:
- Strategy 2 Improvement (S21)
- Source 2 Contract (S2C)
- Contract 2 Pay (C2P)
- Supplier 2 Performance (S2P)
General: involve and support all management and support processes for corporate procurement, e.g. defining of procurement strategy, procurement governance, controlling, HR and IT management. Ensure that, beside the OMV internal regulations, Joint Venture Agreements [JVA] and Production Sharing Agreements [PSA] are adhered.
