Your Tasks
Strategy to Improvement (S2I)

Analyze the competitive forces and trends that influence the local/regional market and develop local/regional strategies for local/regional demands.

Operate cost model and Data analysis, economics and support full transparency of spend and elaboration of contract strategies.

Support identification and analysis of strategic optimization levers.
Source to Contract (S2C)

Follow good practice in sourcing activities (tendering) and negotiate to achieve competitive prices /savings for purchased goods and services.

Evaluate financial, commercial, and technical capabilities of potential suppliers.
-
Analyze the main types of contractual agreements that can be made between customers and suppliers and identify the circumstances for each to be used.

Create recommendations for the adaptation of single and multiple sourcing arrangements with suppliers.

Maintain close relationship with beneficiaries in order to facilitate the needed approval steps with partners (Olco’s as well as governmental partners).

Ensure compliance with organizational procedure (procurement guideline- / directive incl. respective side letter) associated with the sourcing process.
Contract to Pay (C2P)

Manage contracts in the venture including enforcement, leakage identification and claim management & resolution.

Execute contract re-negotiations and extension.

Execute purchase orders (including approvals) and track orders.
Supplier to Performance (S2P)
-
Manage suppliers and contractors in the venture (evaluation, portfolio management, development, etc.)

Monitor the supply of goods and services to ensure required performance standards and KPIs are achieved and identifies actions to implement these.

Conduct audits with suppliers to verify performance and costs and take action to remedy any queries on information and collected data.
