Your Profile & Skills
- University degree: Engineering degree in automation & Process Control or Equivalent
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience + International Exposure
- Relevant Professional Skills;
- Control Systems & Instrumentation/F&G System/ESD/DCS system in Oil & gas Plants
- Experience with PLC and DCS control systems
- Familiar with Vibration systems Bentley Nevada
- Other Skills
- Experience in programming
- Experience in or working knowledge of control theory
- Familiar with ABB ICSS 800xA
- Familiar with Simens PCS7
- F&G Detronics
- SIL certificate is an advantage
- Familiar with Profibus, Fieldbus, Ethernet, ControlNET , MODBus RTU & MODBus TCP/IP
- Conversant with windows based PC, MS Office tools, MS Project and SAP.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate listening and counselling
- Strong written and oral presentation skills in English language, good organizational and record keeping skills.
Your Taks
- Holder and Focal point for the LTSA contract for the DCS/ESD/FGS system.
- Ensures that RCFA is carried out on time for all Control Systems of the Plant packages and units.
- Ensures that key documents for all packages, systems are updated, visible/easy accessible.
- Ensures that all modification on setting, range of instrument devices in the process and within the DCS, ESD systems are performed through the MoC standard/procedure.
- Ensures that SIL achievement/implemented for all Loops and Systems is maintained
- Perform SIL verification, Proof testing, Loop testing & Functional testing, and control loop (PID, On/Off ) fine tuning
- Manages Safety Instrumented System lifecycle program and processes
- Verify new or modified equipment as designed and managed in accordance with ISA / IEC Standards, Safety Instrumented System requirements.
- Ensures the correct implementation of interface DCS/PI (PDMS) system to generate reports/KPIs as required.
- Ensures that RA/JSA/HARC/SIMOPS, ... are conducted correctly with operations and all concerned contractors.
