Your tasks

  • Lead and grow key customer relationships in the Italian energy market, acting as a trusted partner for strategic accounts.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve defined commercial and sales objectives.
  • Identify business opportunities and growth potential across Natural Gas, Green Gases, and Power.
  • Translate customer needs into tailored commercial solutions.
  • Prepare and structure commercial offers (e.g., contracts, pricing, terms) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct high-level contract negotiations with key customers.
  • Monitor relevant market, customer, and regulatory developments to support strategic decision-making

Your profile

 

  • Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in a business or technical field.
  • At least 9 years of professional experience in key account management, B2B sales, or commercial roles in the energy sector, ideally with a strong focus on Natural Gas.
  • Deep industry knowledge combined with strong commercial and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
  • High degree of self-organization, independence, and solution‑oriented thinking.
  • Fluent in Italian and English as well as willingness to travel.
